Metallurgical laboratory manager

The position will manage day-to-day operations of Metallurgical lab including management of metallurgical testing, failure analysis, mechanical testing, guiding and motivating the team of 12 laboratory workers.Candidate should have experience in a similar role with at least 4 years of managerial experience. Successful candidaes will have a recognised qualification in metallurgy and experience in operation/administration of a busy commercial testing laboratory. Candidates should also possess excellent management, teambuilding and leadership skills, and be able to demonstrate success in a commercial, customer-focused environment.
