Maintaining & updating of all documents relating to Heat Treatment Dept.
Responsible for achieve quality targets and dispatch requirement , man power handling , material planning , online inspection quality & records maintaining on the shop floor.
Responsible for availability of all resources required for production and quality on shop floor like instruments etc.
Responsible for 5S & House Keeping on the shop floor.
Kaizen activities like improve productivity , minimize rejection , modification in fixture and & methods etc.
Responsible for production planning , fixture planning etc.
Responsible for new part development.
Knowlidge of Lab process also.
