Job Description: Reliability improvement- Prevent repetitive failures (Root cause analysis) , Value Engineering (Cost reduction, availability of spares, indigenization) ,100% Quality control defects, Fitness for service &bull Plant uptime> 99.5%, Zero breakdowns and incidents,100% proactive inspection,Zero safety incidents.100% quality assurance of new equipments &bull 100% statutory compliance &bull Shutdown support for timely completion of jobs &bull Improving and sustaining value for customers &bull Subordinate development &bull Ensure improvement in availability of equipment &bull Reduction in equipment maintenance cost &bull Assurance of asset integrity and reliability &bull Avoidance of static equipment related failures by implementing proactive approach &bull Co-ordination and implementation of shutdowns of the plant in short span of time &bull Improvement in quality control by tracking performance of individual welders and contractors &bull Implementation of API 570 CUI inspection programme &bull Mapping & monitoring of critical corrosion loops in SAP &bull Inspection support during planned/unplanned plant outage 

Desired Candidate Profile Should be BE-Mech/ Metallurgy/ Prod/ Industrial with having relevant experience Experience in petrochemical/ refinery / chemical plants in following areas : &bull Metallurgical and corrosion failure analysis &bull Root cause failure investigations of static and rotary components / equipments &bull Develop review material specifications & PMI of critical components &bull Material selection for the suitable service and intended applications &bull Microstructure evaluation and mechanical testing of critical components &bull Various Non Destructive testing methods &bull Welding and heat treatment &bull Standards & specifications &bull Develop/ review quality assurance plants procurement of critical mechanical components &bull Quality assurance & control of new fabrications and repair jobs &bull Inspection and condition monitoring of static equipment &bull Risk based inspection strategies &bull Strong interpersonal skill &bull Excellent oral and written communication &bull Organisation and coordinating skill &bull Analytical thinking ability for planning and decision making &bull Self motivated and strong organization skill &bull Time management skill &bull Report writing & presentation skills &bull Learning and implementation ability- look forward for new technology/development.
